What gets deleted

When you request deletion we will permanently remove the data we hold about you, including:

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your profile, interests and preferences
• Saved stories, perspectives and rabbit holes
• Portfolio holdings and transactions
• Briefing and digest history
• Chat history, reactions and usage records

Some records we are legally required to keep (for example billing records for tax purposes) may be retained for as long as the law requires, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7-day grace period

When you request deletion, your account is archived immediately and scheduled for permanent erasure 7 days later. During those 7 days you can still change your mind and cancel.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your request is recorded, and a final email once your data has been permanently deleted. To cancel within the grace period, sign back in and return to this page, or email support@asgard.world.
