Email our support team at support@asgard.world. We aim to reply within one business day. Please include the email address you use to sign in and, if reporting a problem, your device model and what you were doing when it happened.
Account & sign-in
Asgard News sign-in is passwordless. Enter your email and we send you a one-time code, or use Continue with Google or Continue with Apple. Your account is created automatically the first time you sign in.
Not receiving your code? Check your spam folder, make sure the email is spelled correctly, and request a new code. Codes expire after a short time, so use the most recent one.
Asgard Pro & billing
Asgard Pro unlocks unlimited rabbit holes, perspective planes and chat, portfolio tracking with live data and alerts, forensic markets and sports analysis, more daily AI briefings, your personalised morning brief, and report export. Pro comes with a 7-day free trial.
Manage or cancel: If you subscribed on iPhone or iPad, manage your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). On Android, manage it in Google Play → Subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web, manage it from Settings inside the app.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To restore a purchase on a new device, open the app and use Restore Purchases on the upgrade screen.
Common questions
Is the news written by AI? Asgard News aggregates reporting from many third-party sources and uses AI to summarise stories, generate audio briefings, label framing and add market and sports context. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, so treat it as a starting point and check important details against the original sources. It is not financial or professional advice.
How do I delete my account? Open the app and go to Settings, or visit Delete account.
